The final results are incredible In my forties, I experienced several painful dental abscess infections that resulted in some unsuccessful root canal treatments and three extractions. Additionally, I had broken and chipped teeth, which led to the ability to eat only on the right side of my mouth. I was anxious about the crown on my right side failing in the future. I concluded that I needed intensive dental intervention to avoid further decline and considered three options: Treatment in the UK Treatment in Budapest, where my aunt had received treatment in 2013 Treatment at Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic, where my brother-in-law received treatment in 2023 UK prices were prohibitively expensive, and the scope of treatment available on the NHS was limited. So, I began consultations with Budapest and Özgür Yıldırım. Dental images were sent to both clinics, and both estimated that I needed 2 dental implants and 26 crowns, with the final diagnosis to be confirmed by X-ray. Due to the excellent communication and the outstanding work my brother-in-law had received in Turkey, I opted for the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic. Cost, although not the main factor, was also more competitive in Turkey. It's worth noting that the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic does not include accommodation or flights, which, in my view, makes their pricing structure more transparent. Before my visit, I had some trepidation due to the mixed reviews I had read in the British media about Turkish dental treatment. However, my concerns were soon allayed on my first visit to the clinic. The state-of-the-art surgery and the professionalism of the team and Dr Özgür Yıldırım assured me that I was in safe hands. My initial X-ray showed that I didn't need any further work, and treatment started. My four-stage treatment was as follows: - Preparation for 26 Zirconium Crowns - Surgery for two Straumann BLX dental implants* - Temporary caps for crowns - Permanent installation of crowns *A return visit needs to be scheduled to fit the implant to the two crowns three months or more after the initial treatment. During my week of treatment, I only experienced discomfort and no pain. The professionalism and expertise of Dr. Özgür Yıldırım far exceeded any dental treatment I have received in the UK, and communication from his customer services professional, Tulay, was first-class. As an added bonus, I was able to swim in the sea for six out of seven days and enjoy the Turkish sun. The final results are incredible. I now have natural-looking healthy teeth and can eat with confidence on both sides of my mouth. From start to finish, my experience with the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic has been outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't receive treatment from them 10 years ago.

All the staff made me feel very welcome, they are all very professional and caring" "I had a broken dental bridge on my front upper seven teeth, I slipped and fell chipping one of the teeth and damaging the bridge, I also had decay on another tooth at the back that was beyond repair. I did a lot of research online looking for a good dentist, I am going to four weddings over the next few months and needed to get the work done as soon as possible, but only have one week of annual leave to travel. They managed to fit me around their pre-booked workload, going to have medical work done on something as visual as your front teeth in another country when not speaking the language is a little daunting. After talking to Tulay the sales and translator lady I felt reassured (she's lovely). On arriving at the dentist on a Monday morning I was immediately impressed, the place was very modern had all the latest equipment and was very clean. All the staff made me feel very welcome, they are all very professional and caring. The quality of the treatment I received was exceptional (better than I have had in the UK). Part of my treatment was to remove my decayed tooth and insert an implant, I opted for the best system as a house is only as good as its foundations, I will return later in the year to get the crown fitted (minimum of 3 months for the bone to grow around the threads) and get crowns fitted onto my other teeth. I would highly recommend using this dentist the quality/cost and the fantastic staff made it a pleasure (as much as a trip to the dentist can be). I have teeth that have each been handcrafted, they look extremely natural. I have just returned from Dr Yildirim's clinic in Turkey. I am so happy with the work I have had done. I had gaps in my teeth, they were discoloured and in bad shape. I had 28 zirconium crowns The Dr is amazing at what he does. He is professional, ethical and so talented. I called him "The Master" as he truly is a master dentist. Tulay was fantastic, a very elegant and organised co-ordinator. Everything was arranged with fine detail for us. The schedule, costs, hotel, transfers. She has great English and translated for us when needed. The nurses Aleyna and Mehircan were amazing. Aleyna was very chatty and friendly. Mehircan was so caring and had such a beautiful smile. The thing that makes this clinic stand out is the personal attention, organisation of treatment and craftmanship. I opted to have exclusive crowns. This means my crowns were made by hand by one of the best technicians in Turkey. I did not have to pick an "off the shelf" look, as you do in may clinics. I got to discuss what result I wanted and how I wanted my smile to look. In the hotel many other dental patients were having treatment all over Antalya. Many using the "big companies" who advertise heavily in the UK. They were also impressed with my outcome. It is the fact that the Dr and Technician work closely to get the perfect result. I have teeth that have each been handcrafted, they look extremely natural. When in the clinic you have the full focus of the Dr and his team. You are the only patient in at that time. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough, the Dr, the coordinator, the nurses and technician are just all fantastic. If you are interested in having dental treatment in Turkey, that is unique and personal - the "Master" is who you need to see. Don't hesitate you won't be disappointed.

I reached out to him after some research and recommendation, and I'm glad I did. He understood me. He is someone who empathizes with the patient. Staying at the hotel I met numerous other dental patients having treatment in various clinics. They were with "the big companies" and I can truly say their experience did not match mine. I had a schedule of when I would be treated before I left the UK. Fellow travelers, not at my clinic, would merely get a text on the day saying to be ready in hour or so. They would get cancelled for the day or treatment deferred to hours before they left to go back home or arrive at the clinic and be waiting for hours to be seen. Our experience was totally different, we were seen at the time stated on our plan - this enabled us to plan our days, around our schedule and enjoy some much needed rest in beautiful Turkey. I received a very personal and focused treatment plan and care. I would be the only patient in the clinic and had the full focus of the Dr and nurses. All of them were fantastic. Aleyna and Mehircan would hold your hand reassure you as they assisted the Dr work to the highest standard. I had no pain as I was given plenty of anesthetic for each treatment. Everyone commented on how amazing my teeth looked at the hotel. All asking for my Dr's name and details - despite having just received their own treatment elsewhere. I appreciate the dentist and his wonderful team for everything (Veneers) Last summer I came up with the idea of having the treatment and the perfect vacation at the same time. I had my veneers done almost in one week whilst I was enjoying my holidays. Unfortunately, when I came back home I realized that somehow I got unpleasant and painful sensitivity in some of my teeth. That was a moment when I was asking myself whether it had been a good idea to have teeth done from far away from your city. I got in touch with doctor Özgür about my problems. He recommended being patient and waiting because usually, it should pass some time after the treatment before the teeth come back to their normal condition. And I waited and kept communicating with Özgür who supported me all the time. And after a while I felt better indeed. But when I understood that some of my lower teeth are still sensitive and there is no point to wait anymore I decided to be back to "Özgür Yıldırım aesthetic dentistry" to replace these veneers. And so I did. The veneers replacement was covered by warranty and finally, my problem has gone! I would like to note, that even if you have the treatment done in your city, there is no guarantee that the clinic and a doctor will be ready to fix some of your problems by warranty, as it is a very arguable thing.
